Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions for Individual Bookings

For individual bookings payment for each person must be made in full, by cash on board the boat on the day. (sorry we dont have ETPOS).

Any person that has confirmed an individual booking and fails to turn up will still be liable for payment of the trip, and invoiced via email. Payments must be made within 5 days of receipt of the invoice.

We will attempt to give you as much notice as possible of a cancellation due to weather, although its generally the night prior to the trip as this will be the most accurate forecast we can get. A notification email will be sent to you, via the details you provided on-line at the time of booking. In the event there is a breakdown in the email notification system – usually caused by incorrect entry at the time of booking – it is the customers responsibility to check the online booking calendar to ensure the trip isn’t cancelled.

Unfortunately there may be occasions due to sudden changes in conditions when we are forced to cancel directly before the trip, or even shorten the trip while in progress. If we have to shorten your trip due to bad weather or boat malfunctions, we will refund a proportion of the cost of the trip, based on the remaining trip time. We will attempt to give you as much notice as possible of a cancellation due to weather.
